Release TexFile EFSP- You have
options!!! The
Texas Supreme Court has issued a mandate requiring attorneys to eFile their documents into Texas Courts. The Texas Office of Court Administration
(OCA) is administering the new eFile portal called
TexFile.com. The TexFile
Electronic Filing Manager (EFM) is the hub and repository for all electronic
filing. Attorneys cannot connect to
the EFM directly and must submit their filings using an Electronic File
Service Provider (EFSP) certified with the OCA. iDocket.com is an EFSP for TexFile in addition to its current services. Adding the ability to use our web site to
file new documents in a case will make iDocket an
invaluable partner to the legal industry in Texas. Our strength has been the content of
information in our database and having the ability to add (new filings) to it
from our web site enhances our purpose to attorneys. TexFile is the eFile
system for Texas and is controlled by the EFM. Because the EFM is central to all courts
and filings, you may use any EFSP to submit new filings and achieve the same
purpose. The difference in EFSP
vendors will be: Charges,
Functionality, and added services.
Fees
will be determined by each EFSP vendor as well as each site having it’s own method for submitting
new filings. iDocket is determined to be competitively priced
and striving to provide the easiest and best interface to eFile. Give us a try and see why hundreds of Texas
attorneys have learned to trust and depend on iDocket.com as their partner in
practicing Texas law. |
