Release One Stop Shop for Judicial Information Currently,
subscribers to iDocket.com have access to criminal, civil, and probate case
information for an increasing number of Texas Counties. An increasing number of Clerks are making
their document images available for purchase on our web site while we charge
and collect the Clerks copy fees (typically $1 a page). The copy fees are paid to the Clerk
monthly. CHIPS are used to charge and
collect the Clerk’s copy fees. CHIPS
may be purchased in quantities of five, forty, or two hundred CHIPS. The CHIPS price is dependent on the
quantity purchased and the level of the User’s subscription plan. The per CHIP price
is $4 sold to Gold Plan subscribers buying 200 CHIPS. In
addition to our current service, attorneys will be able to eFile using our EFSP web site. As an EFSP for the OCA TexFile
portal, attorneys using our web site will have full access to the new TexFile system being implemented this summer. With
hundreds of attorneys using our system currently, iDocket.com is quickly
becoming the place for attorneys to file, search, and retrieve case
information quickly and easily. Attorneys have learned to trust iDocket.com
with providing critical case information in a timely manner. Being able to eFile on our web site completes the online requirements
for Texas attorneys by filing new documents as well as doing case research. In short, iDocket clearly understands judicial information and
protects non-public information. Our
web site is as current as when the courthouse opens each morning with public
access to case information. |
