HUTCHINSON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT CASES ACCESSIBLE ONLINE

District Clerk decides to join iDocket.com for display of public information

Stinnett, Texas – March 20, 2007 – District Clerk Joan Carder announced today the inclusion of trial court case information from the District Courts of Hutchinson County in an Internet-based database, www.idocket.com Hutchinson County joins a growing consortium of counties to display court information on the Internet.

Currently, several counties across the State of Texas participate in iDocket.com’s online database including Potter, Randall, Parmer, El Paso and Bailey Counties in West Texas.  idocket.com is adding other counties to its database on a regular basis.

District Clerk Joan Carder states she is excited to offer this new service to the attorneys who practice in the District Courts of Hutchinson County and any other individuals and entities that require the information, such as bail bondsmen and of course the general public.  Public information will be available for cases dating back to the date of computerization of our office—approximately from 1990 forward.  By making this service available, personal traffic and telephone requests can be reduced.

District Clerk Joan Carder states, “There is no cost to the counties using iDocket to keep their documents online.  Users subscribe to the service through iDocket.com, and the county makes 20 percent of the subscription fee.”
