for display of protected public court case information and images.
Brownwood, Texas -January 16th, 2014-County Clerk Sharon Ferguson announced today the
inclusion of redacted court case images from the County Courts of Brown County in an Internet-based
web site at www.idocket.com. Brown County joins a growing consortium of counties to display court
information on the Internet. The County Clerk's office has gone one step further, ensuring that social
security numbers are redacted from all documents displayed protecting public confidentiality.
County Clerk Sharon Ferguson states she is excited to offer this updated service to the
attorneys who practice in the County Courts of Brown County and any other individuals and entities
that require this information. This also includes bail bondsmen and of course the general public.
"Court information will be easily available and accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By making
this service available, customer service will increase and personal traffic and telephone requests
are being reduced saving taxpayer dollars while still protecting personal information," states County
Clerk Sharon Ferguson.
