BRISCOE COUNTY – COUNTY COURT CASE IMAGES ACCESSIBLE ONLINE

County and District Clerk Bena Hester joins iDocket.com for display of protected public court case information and images.

Silverton, Texas – December 3rd, 2015 – County and District Clerk Bena Hester announced today the inclusion of redacted court case images from the County and District Courts of Briscoe County in an Internet-based web site at www.idocket.com. Briscoe County joins a growing consortium of counties to display court information on the Internet. The County and District Clerk’s office has gone one step further, ensuring that social security numbers are redacted from all documents displayed protecting public confidentiality.

County and District Clerk Bena Hester states she is excited to offer this updated service to the attorneys who practice in the County and District Courts of Briscoe County and any other individuals and entities that require this information. This also includes bail bondsmen and of course the general public. “Court information will be easily available and accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By making this service available, customer service will increase and personal traffic and telephone requests are being reduced saving taxpayer dollars while still protecting personal information,” states County and District Clerk Bena Hester.
