WALLER COUNTY DISTRICT COURT CASES ACCESSIBLE ONLINE

District Clerk Patricia James Spadachene joins iDocket.com for display of protected public court case information.

Hempstead, Texas – December 16, 2009 – District Clerk Patricia James Spadachene announced today the inclusion of redacted court case information from the District Courts of Waller County in an Internet-based web site at www.idocket.com. Waller County joins a growing consortium of counties to display court information on the Internet. The District Clerk’s office has gone one step further, ensuring that social security numbers are redacted from all documents displayed protecting public confidentiality.

Currently, numerous counties across the State of Texas participate in iDocket.com’s online database using redaction including Brazoria, Hidalgo, Johnson, McLennan, Potter, Randall, Starr and others to just name a few. Counties as far west as El Paso also participate. iDocket.com is adding other counties to its secure database on a regular basis.

District Clerk Spadachene states she is excited to offer this updated service to the attorneys who practice in the District Courts of Waller County and any other individuals and entities that require this information. This also includes bail bondsmen and of course the general public. “Court information will be easily available and accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By making this service available, customer service will increase and personal traffic and telephone requests are being reduced saving taxpayer dollars while still protecting personal information.
